Returns

Exchanges
If your food order is incorrect or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same item. Please contact us immediately if the item does not match what you ordered or if it is damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Non-Tangible Goods
In the case of services, such as catering or scheduled events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made later than this may not be eligible for a refund.
